At KERRANG, we want you to love your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
